5. Shipping & Delivery

⬦ Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless the return falls under our Refund & Return Policy.
⬦ Diorva is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, customs,
weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy governs all return and refund requests.
⬦ Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
⬦ Standard returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and in original, unused
condition.
⬦ Certain items, such as personalized or sale products, are final sale and non-refundable.

7. Use of Products

Our products are designed for personal and home use only.
⬦ Customers are responsible for using candles, warmers, and other fragrance products
safely and in accordance with the instructions provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Diorva website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, designs, logos, trademarks, images, and videos, is the exclusive property of Diorva and is protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
