At Diorva, we understand that plans may change. While we strive to process every order quickly to ensure timely delivery, we are committed to supporting customers with flexibility and care. Please review our cancellation policy below.


ORDER CANCELLATION


Before Shipment
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped without penalty. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@diorva.com Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.
After Shipment
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


CUSTOM ORDERS


For custom or personalized items, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. After this time, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled or modified. Custom and made-to-order products are considered final sale once production has begun.


REFUND FOR CANCELED ORDERS


Eligible cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


LACK OF AVAILABILITY


We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:
We will cancel the order for that item and notify you by email.
You will receive a full refund for the unavailable product.
Diorva reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to stock or material limitations.
