At Diorva, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is carefully crafted and inspected to meet the highest quality standards. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:
⬦ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@diorva.com with clear photo evidence. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
⬦ Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either send the correct item or offer a full refund, and we’ll cover all related shipping costs.
⬦ Standard Returns
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
2. Non-Refundable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

⬦ Sale or promotional items
⬦ Products returned after 14 days of delivery
⬦ Items not in their original condition, used, damaged, or missing components
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchange requests, please email support@diorva.com with your order details and supporting photos. Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
4. Partial Refunds or Non-Refundable Conditions
A partial refund may be issued, or the return may be denied if:

⬦ The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
⬦ The item is returned more than 14 days after the delivery date
5. How to Request a Return or Refund

2. Provide Proof — include photos and order details for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
3. Ship the Item Back — unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Diorva cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
6. Refund Processing
⬦ Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
⬦ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the approval:

2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
