Order Processing


Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Custom or Personalized Orders: These may require additional time. If your order includes made-to-order items, we will notify you of any extended processing time.
Business Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times


Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer flat-rate or calculated shipping at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD $75 within Ontario.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Please note: customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the tracking link to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.


Delivery Delays & Issues 

While we work closely with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
Postal or courier disruptions
Weather conditions
Customs inspections or border delays
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@diorva.com — we’ll assist you promptly and do our best to resolve the issue.


Damaged or Lost Packages


Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@diorva.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Shipments: If your package is lost or marked “delivered” but has not been received, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Shipping Restrictions


At this time, we do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO addresses
Certain restricted or embargoed destinations (based on carrier limitations)
Please ensure that you provide a valid residential or business address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
